Effectiveness through our methodology
Our screening methodology is adaptive and helps us to recommend a candidate for a particular job opening. The interview concentrates on the skills required for the job and does not waste time on redundant topics. Once we receive a request for a screening service, we work with you to understand what skills are important to you and we will customize an assessment tailored for the candidate.
Feedback based on our adaptive system
Our question bank and scoring is weighted and adaptive. Here are some examples:
- If a candidate answers a level-1 question with ease, we would challenge him with a level-2 question. Candidates will score more points for answering questions that are difficult and complex.
- We also evaluate the preciseness and the accuracy of his answer. A candidate will score more point for the same question if his answer is accurate and precise.
- The scoring is also dependant on the candidates experience level and the expectation of the job responsibility. A candidate with more experience needs to answer a question with more accuracy and precision than a candidate with lesser experience to score the same points for a given question.
